Payment Terms

How does it work?

Payment terms are available for artworks $500 and over and exclude artworks listed with galleries.

An initial down payment starting at 10% of the total purchase price of the artwork you wish to buy is required, then you pay the remainder in instalments.

You set up your own customised plan via email discussions with me, where we agree on the number of payments and the duration of the plan (up to 4 months).

I will mark the artwork as sold and reserve it for you. The artwork is kept by me while the payments are being made and will be shipped when it is paid in full.

Cancellation

Although there is no fee for cancelling, due to the fact that I can't sell the artwork to anyone else during the payment period, all payments are non-refundable if you decide not to complete the purchase and cancel the contract.

Non-payment and failure to communicate

If you're unable to make a payment, please contact me as soon as possible. If payment isn't received and I don't hear form you, I will make every effort to contact you. However, if I don't hear from you in 30 days, all payments made to date will not be refunded and the artwork will go back up for sale.
